How often should I use my exfoliating glove?
We recommend exfoliation 1-2 times a week, depending on your skin type and sensitivity. Excessive use could weaken your skin.
Can I use the Sillkee glove on my face?
No, the glove is designed for the body. The skin on the face is thinner and more delicate.
Is the glove suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our glove is made from 100% mulberry silk, a naturally soft, hypoallergenic fiber. It's suitable even for sensitive skin, provided you use moderate pressure.
Is it necessary to use an exfoliating product with the glove?
No, our glove works with water only. It requires no additional chemicals or scrubs.
How long does a Sillkee glove last?
6 months of use. It's important to rinse with clean water after each use and leave to air-dry.
How do I care for my glove?
Rinse with clean water after each use. Leave to air dry. Do not use detergent or fabric softener. Do not put in washing machine.

How do I know if my glove exfoliates properly?
If your skin is well prepared (warmed and moistened), you'll see little flakes of dead skin cells coming off. If not, make sure you haven't used soap beforehand, and that you've been under warm water long enough.
If you can't see your dead skin, make sure you're not using the glove for the first time, as the first use is not optimal.
If after a few uses you still can't see your dead skin, some people have dead skin that's too thin to be visible when wet. Every skin is different.

Can my skin turn red?
The slight redness that may appear immediately after using the glove is simply due to the stimulation of blood circulation. It disappears in a few minutes, testifying to the effectiveness of the treatment. Remember to moisturize your skin after exfoliation for optimum comfort.
