Return policy

You have the option to return your item within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Products intended for intimate or sanitary use that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

 

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product not used, intact and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging (cards, supports, packaging, products, etc.) in perfect condition
  • Return request made within 7 working days following receipt of your order via our contact form or by email at: contact@sillkeepro.com
  • Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number

 

RETURNS

You have 7 days from the receipt of your parcel to inform us of your intention to return your order and to send it back to us.
Shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fees will be deducted.

We are not responsible for any error in the shipping information provided (name, address, etc.). In such a case, we will not be able to proceed with your refund request.
However, please contact us if you find yourself in this situation so that we can try to find a solution.

 

REFUNDS

Once the item has been received and inspected according to the criteria mentioned above, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGES

In the event of an error on our part in your order, we commit to covering the return shipping costs, which will be refunded once the parcel has been received.
