At Sillkee, your satisfaction and skin results are our priority. Because our products are for sanitary and personal use, we have established a clear policy to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.
1. THE 30-DAY GLOW GUARANTEE
We believe in the power of our silk. If you have used your Sillkee mitt consistently for 30 days and are not satisfied with the results, please do not return the used item.
Our Process: Contact us at contact@sillkeepro.com. Often, a simple adjustment in your routine (water temperature or soaking time) is all that’s needed.
Our Commitment: If we cannot help you achieve the "Sillkee Glow" after our personalized guidance, we will find a solution together, which may include a replacement or a refund.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR STANDARD RETURNS (Unused Items)
You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to return your item if you change your mind. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, intact, and in its original condition.
It must be in its original packaging (cards, supports, and box) in perfect condition.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or removed from their sanitary seal cannot be returned.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Notify us within 7 days of receipt via our contact form or at contact@sillkeepro.com.
Provide your order number as proof of purchase.
Once your return is authorized, send the parcel back to us. Shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping fees will be deducted.
4. REFUNDS & INSPECTION
Once we receive and inspect your unused item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
5. EXCHANGES & ERRORS
If we made an error with your order, we commit to covering the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct item.
6. SHIPPING ERRORS
We are not responsible for errors in the shipping information provided (wrong name or address). In such cases, a refund will not be possible. However, please contact us so we can try to assist you in locating your parcel.
