These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.sillkee.com. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur (especially due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of the products). Photographs are not contractual.

3. Orders

All orders are considered final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email with a summary of your order will be sent to you.

Sillkee reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a previous dispute with the buyer or suspected fraud.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in Emirati Dirhams (AED), inclusive of all applicable taxes (including VAT where applicable). Shipping fees are shown during checkout.

Sillkee reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Delivery

Sillkee ships internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Sillkee cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a defective item or encounter an issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package through the “Contact Us” section, and attach photos if necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.sillkee.com (texts, images, videos, logos, design, etc.) is the exclusive property of Sillkee. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
